2. Scope of Data Processing
When using our website, technical access data is automatically stored in server log files. This includes:
- Anonymized IP address (last octet is set to 0, e.g., 192.168.1.0)
- Date and time of access
- Accessed pages and URLs
- HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and version (User-Agent)
- Referrer URL (the website from which the user came)
We do not use cookies, tracking tools, analytics services, or other techniques to track user behavior. Our application does not store any personal data beyond the technical access data mentioned above.
3. Legal Basis
The processing of technical access data is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the functionality and security of our website as well as optimizing our services.
4. Storage Duration
The data stored in the server log files is automatically deleted or anonymized after 7 days at the latest. This data is not combined with other data sources.

- Request correction of incorrect data or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
In the event of violations of data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the State Data Protection Officer of the federal state in which our company is headquartered. 7. Currency and Amendment of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated April 1, 2025.
Due to further development of our website or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current privacy policy can be accessed and printed out at any time on this website.
8. Use of AI Services
Our application uses AI services to process and summarize web content. We use the following services:
Nebius API and phi 4 by Microsoft
Type of data processed: When you submit a URL for summarization, the URL you provided and the content of the corresponding webpage are transmitted to Nebius servers and processed there using the Mixtral AI models.
Purpose of processing: The data is processed to create the summary you requested. The AI models analyze the content of the webpage and generate a summary.
Legal basis: The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) as well as on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide our users with an AI-powered summarization service.
Storage duration: The data transmitted to Nebius is processed according to their privacy policy. Nebius may store content that is used to improve their AI models. For more details, please refer to the Nebius Privacy Policy.
Your rights: If you wish to object to the processing of your data by the mentioned AI services, unfortunately you cannot use the service, as AI processing is an essential component of our offering. However, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for reasons arising from your particular situation.
